Position: Healthcare Recruiter/Coordinator
Location: Montreal
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday evenings (evening premium included)
Alternacare, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is hiring a Recruiter/Coordinator to join our fast-paced Montreal team. This key role is responsible for sourcing and scheduling staff, maintaining client and candidate relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard healthcare staff
- Schedule staff and coordinate with clients
- Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional service
- Support orientations and training
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in customer service or call centre roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure
- Healthcare experience is an asset
